MPRC Repair & Device Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our repairs and refurbished devices.


1. What the Warranty Covers

Your warranty covers:

  • The replacement part installed
  • The workmanship of the repair

for the stated warranty period provided at purchase or collection.


2. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

Warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental or impact damage
  • Liquid damage
  • Software faults or updates
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Battery degradation over time
  • Faults unrelated to the original repair
  • Devices opened or repaired by another party

3. Refurbished Device Warranty

Refurbished devices include functional testing and a warranty period stated at sale. Cosmetic grading and battery health may vary unless explicitly guaranteed.


4. Warranty Claims

To make a claim:

  • Return the device to MPRC
  • Provide proof of repair or purchase
  • Allow inspection and testing

We may Repair the fault, Replace the part/device, or Offer an appropriate alternative remedy in line with UK consumer law.


5. Statutory Rights

This warranty is in addition to your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which are not affected.
