Repair Booking Terms

Important terms for your repair service.

By leaving a device with MPRC for diagnosis or repair, you agree to the following:


1. Data Responsibility

You confirm that: Your data is backed up, and You authorise work on the device.

MPRC is not responsible for data loss, corruption, or software issues arising during repair.


2. Estimates

Any quote given before inspection is an estimate only. Final price is confirmed after physical diagnosis.

Additional faults may require Further approval, Revised pricing, or Extended repair time.


3. Non-Repairable Devices

If a device cannot be repaired, a diagnostic or labour charge may apply, and the device may remain faulty or partially disassembled.


4. Parts Used

Repairs may use Genuine, OEM-grade, or Compatible replacement parts, depending on availability and customer choice.


5. Warranty

Warranty Covers the specific repair performed. Does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, or unrelated faults. Is void if another party opens or repairs the device.

Warranty length is confirmed at collection.


6. Repair Timeframes

All repair times are estimates only and may change due to Parts delays, Additional faults, or Workshop workload.

MPRC is not liable for indirect loss caused by delays.


7. Uncollected Devices

Devices left over 90 days after notification may be Subject to storage fees, Recycled or disposed of to recover costs in accordance with applicable law.


8. Liability Limit

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the repair unless otherwise required by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
