Where devices are sold as refurbished:
All refurbished devices include a warranty period stated at purchase.
Any prices or timeframes shown online or discussed prior to inspection are estimates only. Final confirmation is provided after physical assessment of the device.
If further issues are discovered during repair:
Customers are responsible for backing up all data before repair.
MPRC is not liable for loss of data, including: Photos, Contacts, Apps, Files, or Software configuration.
Data recovery is a separate service and not guaranteed.
Where a device is beyond economical or technical repair: A diagnostic or labour fee may still apply. Original faults may remain or worsen. Reassembly cannot always return the device to original condition.
Repairs may use Genuine manufacturer parts, OEM-grade parts, or High-quality compatible parts, depending on availability and customer choice.
Warranty covers:
Warranty does not cover: Physical damage, Liquid damage, Software issues, Unrelated component failure, or Third-party repair attempts after our work.
Warranty periods are confirmed at the time of repair.
Any repair time given is an estimate only and may vary due to parts supply delays, additional faults, workshop workload, or manufacturer restrictions.
We are not liable for indirect losses caused by repair delays.
Devices not collected within 90 days of repair completion or contact attempt may be:
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including: Death or personal injury caused by negligence, Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or Your statutory consumer rights.
Subject to this: Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or repair. We are not liable for loss of profits, data, business use, or consequential loss.
Where you are a consumer, your statutory rights under The Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or copy content for commercial use without permission. All website content remains the property of MPRC unless stated otherwise.
