An appointment is not necessary, however your device will need to be booked in on arrival at which point you will be given an estimated time for completion.

Our parts warranty covers functionality for the stated period at point of repair, this does not cover accidental, drop, impact or liquid damage.

Your device and it’s repair history can be fully tracked using our in house booking system. This includes the date of booking in and collection.

Where possible we always advise a full data backup of your device.

As per our terms and conditions, it is your responsibility to ensure all data is backed up.

Any repair to your device will void any outstanding manufacturer warranty.

We always suggest sending device fully tracked and insured for your peace of mind.

Upon booking your device in you will be given an estimated time of completion.

The only stores that can order original parts are Apple stores themselves, and their officially Authorised Repair Centres. And they cannot sell those parts retail, but may only use them to repair devices. There is no source for anyone else to purchase genuine new parts.
